Adirondack VetteFest made a stop in Glens Falls, NY so we rolled the mobile tintype studio downtown to talk about and demo the 19th century wet plate process at the annual upstate corvette event.

The weather was wonderful and there was a terrific crowd.  The corvette looks stunning on tin! We talked about the tintype process near Scoville’s Jeweler and a passerby yelled from his car, “Thank you for bringing this back!”

For 2016, the corvettes in VetteFest will be on display in Glens Falls on Friday September 9th after a 5:45pm cruise to City Park Head downtown for a bite to eat to check out the cars and look for Glens Falls Art making tintypes!
